Happy Valentine's Day

I thought I would share my Great Grandmother's blanket chest on this Valentine's Day. It was given to her by her "sweetie", my dear Great Grandfather back in 1897!!!

Hope you're having a good day with your "sweetie" or family.

Hugs,

Nan

  8. Good Morning Nan,
"HAPPY LATE VALENTINE'S DAY" to you!!!! I love your Great-Grandmother's Blanket Chest. It is so beautiful and I know you treasure it very much. It still looks so new looking too. I am so glad that you and your hubby celebrated a day early. The dinner you had sounds so yummy. I have always wanted to try Portobellow Mushrooms, but I haven't yet. I bet they tast good grilled. I've even seen them made with hamburgers and them being the buns. I hope you picked up the Valentine's Wreath and Friendship Banner from my yesterday's post. If not, stop back by when you have time and pick them up. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

    Love & Hugs,
    Karen H.
