Candlesticks to fill

Happy Saturday! Hope you have a fabulous day.

I got some money for my birthday last week, so I thought I'd share my new find. I found these great candlesticks at a local gift shop. They are hollow at the bottom allowing you to fill them with whatever materials you want! I put each one on a clear plate to hold the goodies in.

Well, my mind is racing with the possibilities. I added pine cones, moss, berries, and fake snow. I have a few other ideas but what ideas can you think of for them?

Nan - you're clever! I like what you've done. Hmmmm I'm drawing a blank...but maybe some small mixed ornaments next time would look good too. They are perfect the way they are!

Good Morning Nan,
Oh my goodness, those candlesticks are absolutely beautiful. When I first looked at them I thought they were store bought. You did and outstand job in decorating them. Now, one of those would make a great giveaway. LOL. Just kidding. I'm not creative at all. I love the way they look now. I wouldn't change a thing. All my blogging friends are so crafty, but not me. I'm not the crafty type. LOL. Well, take care my friend and have a great weekend. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,

Chritmas M&M's!!! But at my house "someone" would keep tipping them over to get at the candy, soooo?? Maybe a big bowl next to them? I love what you did w/ them. Happy Saturday to you too. Flying back to the cold this afternoon. My sis says it was an actual 14 degrees this morning. 70in FL now to very cold tonight.:-(

Nan - What great candlesticks! You did a nice job with them. You could fill them with little eggs for Easter, pearls and little silk flowers for Mother's Day. You could change them every month, if you wanted to. I need to get going on my decorations - I'm behind schedule. Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comment. Please stop by again soon. I'll be back to see what you're doing. ~Adrienne~

Nan, They are just perfect the way you filled them! I love them. In the summer you could fill them with sand and small seashells and use white candles :-)

I think what you've done is perfect...after the holidays I'd use river rocks (small ones) or glass beads...you could do almost anything with these candlesticks. Great gift!

I love what you did with the candlesticks too. I think they would be pretty too filled with cranberries and use white candles instead. It was a pleasure to have you visit my blog. Hope you'll be back. ~ Smiles ~ Lynn
