A quiet Sunday

I am exhausted from a long day of cookie making on Saturday, so I am taking a blogging day off. (We'll see how long that lasts.) Have a blessed Sunday.

I have been slow to pass some awards along so I thought I'd take this opportunity to do that.
I pass the blog buddies to Janet @ Housepeepers.

I pass the friends award to Robin @ Bittersweet Punkin.

Nan - Enjoy your quiet Sunday. I had hoped to have a fairly quiet day and then was needed at the piano for two services at church today. I love being involved so will look forward to a quiet day later today. Thank you for visiting my blog and for leaving your sweet comments. The ornaments I shared were from my tree from Christmases past. Several others thought they were from my mother's tree also. I edited my post to say whose they are. Wait till you see her tree! That will happen soon. ~Adrienne~

Good Morning Nan,
I'm not posting today because I don't have the time. I am out visiting a bit tho. We have to leave to go out of town in a little while. "Congratuations" to the ladies you gave those awards to. That was so nice of you. Thanks for coming by and leaving me some encouraging words. I am NOT going to quit blogging. I enjoy it too much. Well, take care my friend and have a great and "Silent" Sunday. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi, I came by because I saw your blog on Robin's 'Bittersweet Punkin'. I love the apples & wine analogy...read it out loud to my whole family. So, you live Nancy Noel gallery. I just love her art. She is one of my favorite artists. When my children were babes I wanted to have her art throughout my house. It never happened though, couldn't afford it, but I loved preusing her catalogs. Her gallery is in just the kind of building I would love to visit! I love the quant Old Towne's...we live near one and I ride my beach cruiser there regularly. All the shop owners are like friends. Well, it is nice to meet you.

Hi Nan, it's nice to have a peaceful Sunday and just relax and enjoy. Sometimes I just like to sit back listen to Christmas music, and gaze at the tree.
I love your vintage gift baskets....fun idea. They bring back such lovely memories, I know your friends will love them too. Linda
