The Friendly tavern. A good place for lunch and they are very friendly.
We went to Zionsville on Saturday. It is a small historic town in Indiana just northwest of Indianapolis. Lots of antiques, little shops, and restaurants. You can wander along the brick streets and listen to Christmas carols during their Christmas in the village. It was a good time. Bought a few more Santas and an ornament for an exchange. It was quite cold but that added to the Christmas spirit.

Oh what a beautiful trip. Thanks for taking us along. I so enjoyed it. Everything is just beautiful there. I have heard of Zionsville. I have been with hubby out on the road and have been thru Indianapolis before and I may have seen a sign that goes to there. I love the brick road look. There is one in Memphis as well. I don't go to Memphis like I used to because of so much meaness and killings. They are pretty to walk down tho. I bet this one in Zionsville makes you feel like you are in a village with the Christmas music playing. Yes, the cold does make it feel more Christmasy. It is cold here this morning. It is down to 30 degrees now. Well, take care my friend and have a great Monday. Stay warm. May God Bless You and Yours.

That certainly looks like a fun place to while away an afternoon. I can almost smell the woodsmoke wafting from the chimneys. I stole your Quiz from yesterday, mostly to see if I "could". This is such a learning adventure, isn't it?

Our organization had their annual conference in Zionsville last June and I loved the town so much. We ate at a perfect inn ... I di not have too much time ot walk around but the little time I had was perfect. I am so thankful to see the village again. Glad you had such a wonderufl time there.

Regarding your comment on my blog...I only have one Christopher Radko ornament. The others look like his but are much less expensive. I do love his ornaments, I wish I could afford them!
