A Few Fall Photos

It's time to put my fall decor away and start on Christmas. The leaves are beginning to fall from the trees and soon fall will be a distant memory.
I do love the Christmas holiday so much. It's my favorite time of the year with the possible exception of the AmEx bill that comes in January. I will say I'm going to cut back, as with all the other years. Yea, right.
I enjoy living in the Midwest, where we celebrate four seasons. Once you get tired of one, another one is right around the corner.

Good Morning Nancy,
Hope you had a great weekend. Your pictures are beautiful. We will probably put our Christmas decorations up Thanksgiving night or Friday. I didn't decorate for fall. I used to decorate, but as I got older, well need I say more. LOL. I do hope you will have a great Monday. I have updated my blog after not blogging over the weekend. Take care my friend and have a great Monday. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.

Nan, I loved seeing these photos, a glimpse into your life. Love your decor...seems you and I have very similar taste and from what I've read on your sidebar of your "interests" I can see that it is so!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL pictures, Nan...thanks for sharing.
I start my Christmas joy the day after Christmas by putting up our tree. I am hoping to get outside lights on our roof today (if the wind will let me).

Nan,
Thanks for stopping by. I made your Olive Garden soup last night and my husband loved it. Now I am thinking about that Pumpkin Gooey Cake. I had never heard of Gooey cakes until I started reading blogs ( I must have missed them on Paula's shows). I am thinking the pumpkin one would be good with a spice cake, or carrot cake, mix for the bottom. What do you think?

How pretty your home decor is...and those trees are awesome...we still have trees with a bit of color but I'm afraid that will soon be gone.

Have a great day!
